ADMINISTER YOUR CLAIMS

The HMR Health Plan is Open Access and does not utilize a network for providers nor facilities. Your provider will submit claims to Edison Health Solutions and your health care services will be covered at the “in-network” benefit level, regardless of the source of care.

DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY

Determining your eligibility for the HMR Health Plan is important to providers.  This confirmation allows you to be seen without delay.

PRINT ID CARDS

Edison works to bring all of the HMR Health Plan partners together on your benefit card.  There are many pieces to the puzzle, but they will all be show on your ID card.

CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE PROGRAM

Edison Health Solutions also operates a unique Centers of Excellence program that will help HMR Health Plan members find the best possible care in the US for certain diagnoses or surgeries at no or lower cost to the member.  When you are facing a new diagnosis or told that you need surgery, contact Edison Healthcare (Or Cavalry Partners).  Your Care Coordinator will explain the benefit in detail and determine if you qualify for the next step, a review with a world class medical center.

• Quoting benefits and eligibility (including how much of your deductible is left)
• Determining which health services are covered under your Plan
• Issuing payment to your providers and receiving their claim submissions
• Processing your medical claim forms and issuing reimbursements
